Youth Ministry
Our Youth Group includes grades 6th-12th.
We have SS Classes at 9:30 -The Jr. High and Sr High both begin in the Upper Room—then divide up for a lesson geared just for them!
The Wednesday night program is a time for the whole youth group to hang out together! We meet each Wednesday at 6:30. During the school year you can come at 5:30 and enjoy our weekly Family Meal. The cost is $3/person or $10 per family.
We offer an opportunity to go to Youth Camp each Summer, usually in June. Please see calendar for updated info!
There are also lots of Fellowships and day events, again please see calendar for dates and times.
At CCBC we also include our students in Mission Ministry!
In 2005 we took 52 Students/Adults to Juarez, Mexico to build two small homes for families in need.
In 2007 we took 40 Students/Adults to New Orleans, Louisiana to build Habitat Homes and help the continued clean-up from hurricane Katrina.
In 2009 we took 19 Students/Adults to the Crystal Beach, Tx area to help the continued clean-up from hurricane Ike.
We plan to continue being involved in mission work. We also enjoy local mission work— we share occasionally in ministering at the Grandview Nursing Home, and we consider Grandview and the surrounding communities are our Mission Field!
