Missions

We believe God's teaching is clear for all of us to be missionaries.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. (Acts 1:8)

We directly support Missionaries on the field in Cameroon and in Kenya Africa, through finances, prayer and ministry.

 

We've been blessed to participate in various Mission projects and travel on Mission Trips -
We joined with Casas Por Cristo going to Juarez Mexico to build two small homes.
Additionally, we were blessed to minister to a local church repairing some building needs and providing a new church sign.
On the first Saturday each month we have the opportunity to gather with people across the community to serve locally on some mission project - loving and helping others.
We also traveled to New Orleans and helped in the continued restoration of the destruction there following hurricane Katrina.
On June 27, 2009 we traveled  to Galveston to help in the Hurricane Ike relief! 
We partner continually with the Southern Baptists to provide for home and world wide mission needs joining together in the North American Mission offering, the Lottie Moon International Christmas offering and the Annie Armstrong Easter offering.
